TEDx Berlin wanted to update their web presence. The project required an approach tailored for the not-for-profit organization. The workload would need to be kept low while still maintaining the highest standards. The other challenge was to keep content as is, so the TEDx Team wouldn’t have to crop or edit images or content. A striking black theme meeting all these requirements was developed, and every video is downsized and comes from Youtube. After relaunching, the newly designed site became such a huge success, it inspired most of the TEDx community to utilize the new black theme.
